Trapeze Yoga and Fitness will be returning April 7th (pending weather)

Starting off the season, Trapeze Yoga will be offered on Thursday evenings at 5:00, 6:15, and 7:30 pm and Trapeze Fitness on Saturday mornings at 7:00 am.

For a special limited time only, class packages are 20% off!!! (Cash and Venmo only)

5 Classes - $50 (Originally $65)
10 Classes - $80 (Originally $100)
15 Classes - $120 (Originally $150)

If you missed out on Trapeze last year, there will be another Intro to Trapeze Workshop on Saturday, April 23rd at 11:00 am!!!

There will be a fun information gathering for 2023 retreats on Tuesday, March 8th at 6:00 pm in Lake St. Louis! RSVP of any kind will be required and details of the meeting will be shared in the events page closer to the date! Mark your calendar!!!

Only a few spots left for our Weekend Retreat in April!!! Only a month and a half away and it will be the perfect recovery for all these winter blues!!! The weekend will be filled with healthy delicious meals, yoga, bonfires, hot tubbing from the balcony, outdoor fun on the lake, spirit animal and archetype card readings, virtual reality meditation experiences, and lots of pampering!!!
All included activities are OPTIONAL and can be replaced or mixed with simple relaxation at your own leisure throughout the entire weekend!
Our Chalet has its own private beach on the lake where you will have many opportunities to kayak, paddleboat, and paddleboard right from our back yard!
We will walk away from this weekend feeling vibrant, inspired, and restored! Join us for some much deserved YOU time!
