I literally cannot say enough wonderful things about these jars of deliciousness, and they are DAIRY FREE!

They are made by Frannie's Market in Cedarburg and there are 5 flavors:
Aronia Berry
Lemon
Maple
Plain
Vanilla

Coconut Milk Kefir is a wonderful probiotic that is healthful for the whole body. Kefir means "to feel good" and this is exactly what it will do for you!

🌞 It colonizes the intensives with good bacteria + flora
🌞 It is anti-fungal, anti-viral, + anti-bacterial
🌞 Anti-inflammatory (unlike dairy milk kefir that adds inflammation to the body)
🌞 Aids digestion
🌞 Boosts immunity

Forever my favorite "fancy" drink. Chai is beyond tasty and can be so good for you! My favorite is to warm it will almond milk and sip on it in these colder evenings!

A fragrant and full bodied Masala Chai with wild-grown black tea and the highest quality spices, slow brewed to create the perfect balance. Prominent notes of ginger, cardamom and cinnamon are enhanced with just the right amount of seductive cloves and black pepper.

Ingredients: Filtered water, organic cane sugar, organic black tea, organic cinnamon, organic ginger root, organic cardamom, organic black pepper, organic molasses, organic lemon juice concentrate, organic clove.

To make: add equal parts milk and serve hot or iced. Simple as that!

Our Story

Growing up, my family was very holistic and in harmony with our natural world. We brought nature in to our home as much as possible and strived to ebb and flow with the natural cycles of our Earth. When it came time to pick a career, it was natural to choose a profession that mirrored the way I live my life.

Chinese Medicine spoke to me because it uses Mother Earth to diagnose and treat any ailment or condition. We are a microcosm of the Earth so when we see something happening outside, we can relate it to something that happens in our bodies. For example: when we look outside in the winter it is cold. Cold constricts, solidifies, and congeals. If we think about dryness in our bodies and then think about a desert full of cracks, this can help us to relate. On a hot summer day, the heat quickens, moves, and expands. If you think about a swamp, dampness in our bodes causes sinking, heaviness, and stagnation.

I further fell in love with Chinese Medicine when I learned that it treats the root cause of the condition. So often, we are masking symptoms and driving them deeper into our bodies. This hinders our health and moves us further from homeostasis. Treating the root cause of the disease will ensure that the condition is corrected and hopefully will not return. This is Chinese Medicine’s specialty; working toward moving our bodies to homeostasis.
