Cleaning/clearing out the main medicine cabinet today. My “toss” pile made me shake my head with the thought of “what a waste!” Waste of time, waste of money, and literally wasting product.
But then it occurred to me. Is it really a waste? What IS our health worth? The products that we’ve used out of these have outperformed traditional big pharma products consistently! Is there a price to pay for quality ingredients and a company that prioritizes good clean ingredients? Absolutely! And I firmly believe our bodies and health deserve every penny.
Goodbye to bad ish!

✨Feeling extra grateful today✨
A huge thank you to Aunt Gladys for passing down her own herbal books to me — filled with her notes, memories, and wisdom. 💚 There’s something so special about reading her handwriting beside recipes and little stories like, “Grandma always said to rub Vicks on our chest and feet,” or “Mama gave us honey when the sniffles started.”

These aren’t just books — they’re family treasures and a peep into a much more natural life than current.🍃 I’m beyond blessed to be surrounded by people who believe in me and my growing, naturally foraged product company. And yes… even my nails are lookin’ cute while I flip through these pages. 💅✨

Hueytown is opening a brand new nature preserve soon, and my heart is so full knowing that more towns are starting to give back to the Earth in this way. 💚

Creating safe spaces for the plants, trees, wildlife, and all the good things that make up our natural world is something worth celebrating. It’s places like these that remind us how deeply connected we are to the land—and how important it is to protect it for generations to come. 🌳🪻

I can’t wait to visit, explore, and see this beautiful vision come to life right here in our own backyard. 🍃

Almost finished!! These rice heating pads are infused with essential oils (this one is frankincense + myrrh ✨). Next up, I’m making a lavender + chamomile one for my son to help him drift off at night.

I’ve also been playing around with the heart hand warmers and oh my GOSH—I’m obsessed 😍 Just need to stitch the last little opening closed and they’re ready to use.
