Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah and Peace throughout this holiday season!

All therapy is to look back to understand so that we can heal the wounds from the past to bring new ways of thinking and choosing today so that we gain joy in our lives. Without feeling our feelings, getting validation, we don't come to understand how others' problems and pain have become embedded as our own. Once we learn to recognize more accurate truths, feel self/compassion and understanding, we let go of limiting beliefs, shed the burden of personalizing the limitations and pain others impose on us, we can unhealthy relationships, and have a path forward with true deep peace and strength to set boundsries, speak our truth and be real. Joy in life is the goal. Seek joy. We all deserve it.

Remember, alone in peace with self- acceptance is far greater than feeling obligated to be with others with whom you feel uncomfortable.

Healing ourself allows us to shine our best self outward and love others.

May all of you be blessed with inner peace and joy from the littlest things whether alone or with others this holiday.
