Happy Spring Equinox!
If you know me, you know I get SO EXCITED when Spring hits!
The days are longer, the trees start to have beautiful buds on them, you start to see the flowers bursting through the frozen ground, the birds are back, the animals are out, everything is coming alive again!
The ENERGY makes a massive shift, and you know I feel that energy strong!
This is the time to set intentions. Tell the Universe what you are ready to co-create, to birth, to bring to life, and the Universe will step up to support your dreams.

Yesterday I had the honor of hosting a Serenity Circle at Surge Sauna & Cold Plunge. The women that attended inspired me in so many ways. They all showed up for themselves, were open to the experience, allowed themselves to be vulnerable, and were so supportive of each other. We discussed the topic of “allowing our emotions to control us, or taking control of our emotions,” and what that looks like for us. The discussions were open and honest, and the breakthroughs were inspiring to witness. The women walked out feeling calmer, more encouraged, hopeful, with actionable steps they can implement (even just baby steps), and with the ability to slow down the spiraling of their minds. As they stated, this was proof to them that they can come back to this state of mind at any time, and how wonderful is that?!

In addition to the Serenity Circle, we had a fabulous time enjoying the saunas, the red light therapy, and few even braved the cold plunge!

One VIRTUAL and one IN PERSON.
Which is right for you?

This past weekend I was honored to co-host a Spring Retreat for women. We were able to hold space for an incredible group of women who left feeling empowered, optimistic, and hopeful.
This week, I have two opportunities for you to join me in a Spring reset. You are welcome to join me virtually over Zoom, or In Person. It would be my honor to hold this space for you.
We are all going through something right now, individually, in our families, and as a society. If you are looking to feel grounded, centered, cared for, and nurtured, I invite you to join me.
