After a long week, I was excited to unwind and have some Friday night fun at
My clients often ask if I move to deal with my own stress?
YES! I move, breathe & stretch at home, take walks outside, take a yoga class….
But taking a dance class always brings me back to myself 💗 and is my favorite way to de-stress and express
