David St. Germain - No longer a JP As of February 24, 2017, I will be living in Farmington. CT and will no longer be a Justice of the Peace.

However, after checking in with the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health, I am still legally able to perform weddings in Connecticut as an ordained Universal Life minister. For those unfamiliar with the Universal Life church, the core belief is that it is every person’s responsibility to act holistically, to do nothing to impinge on the rights of others, and to uphold religious diversity and freedom - including the right not to believe. My mission remains the same - to work with all couples interested in marriage to plan a wedding celebration that meets their needs. As you may have heard, we are closing up shop, with our last rides most likely being given to the Eastern Rehabilitation Yankees (The West Hartford Girls' Softball team that I coach) at the Memorial Day parade. Thank you all for cheering for us - it has been a wonderful 2 years!
