Muddling with Mariah. 🍓

Our co-founder is enjoying Dry January with a fresh and very unplanned take on a non-alc cocktail. No mixing marathon needed, just a little muddle and a pour. We recommend a muddler, but a hotel kitchen spoon works too (ish!).

To make:
Choose your favorite glass.
Muddle three ripe strawberries.
Add 3 large ice cubes.
Pour 1.5 oz. watermelon juice (we used ).
Pour 3 oz. Lacewing
Top with 1 oz. sparkling water and stir.
Add strawberry garnish, and enjoy!

What a year! As founders, we’re always making tough choices, learning on the fly, and navigating the ups and downs of the beverage world.

Even with all of that, we had our best year yet.

We launched nationwide with RH Hospitality, expanded our team with amazing Ops and Sales hires, and just completed 30 (!) straight days of holiday markets.

It has been pretty incredible to see more and more people turning to non-alc (and Tilden) to establish new rituals, replace old ones, and lean into the present moment.
