A huge and humble note of gratitude to the Women’s Empowerment Movie Day, Rachel Feldman (director/writer of “Lilly” LILLY), and the City of West Hollywood Government for recognizing l.a.Eyeworks with a Proclamation of “the contributions and legacy of l.a.Eyeworks,” and to the establishment of the G*i Gherardi Visionary Award, which was presented to its first recipient, Jyoti Sarda, producer of “Lilly.”

As LA Tech Week kicks off this Saturday in West Hollywood with "A Triple Header Day of Women’s Empowerment Movies on the Big Screen⁠," we are deeply honored that the program will include the inauguration of The G*i Gherardi Visionary Award. ⁠
⁠
Following the 1PM screening of "Lilly," the award will be inaugurated by the film's writer/director Rachel Feldman, and presented to Jyoti Sarda, producer of "Lilly" as the first recipient. ⁠
⁠
"Lilly" (one of three fantastic films on deck this Saturday) is the inspiring true story of Lilly Ledbetter, whose fight for equal pay led to the historic Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, signed into law by President Obama. The film features Academy Award-nominated actress Patricia Clarkson. ⁠

Heartfelt thanks to Rachel Feldman for bringing this award into being, and to Asha Dahya for the invaluable assistance. ⁠
