I’m so thankful for last Wednesday evenings sound bath in Oregon City! It was an evening of quiet, stillness, and allowing the sound waves and vibrations to help release tension, calm nervous systems, allowing us to tune into our own natural rhythms. Soft and gentle movement with the sounds of the singing crystal bowls weaving throughout the room, and the gentle twinkling of chimes clearing energy was just what we all needed!
