We are continuing to get DEEP with diabetes education. This week, during our 6-week diabetes class, we had the opportunity of learning about healthy eating. We did an awesome cooking demonstration. The participants enjoyed making Black Bean Brownies and Turkey Chili. The Turkey Chili recipe can be found at https://diabetesfoodhub.org/.
