Day 25 of our 31 days of wall stretching commitment in January.
Today was all about legs up the wall to gently open the hip flexors and release the lower back.
This is simple and beginner friendly.
Modify it however your body needs.
Release your back.
Release your hips.
Take slow deep inhales and long exhales.
Hold for 30 seconds each round and do both sides.
Light a candle.
Put on smooth relaxing sounds.
Unwind, unplug, and give your nervous system a break.
Stretch, then get some rest.
