People ask me all the time what the difference is… so let me break it down.
🧘🏾♀️ Hot Yoga | 6:15 PM
My Hot Yoga isn’t rushed or random. It’s intentional.
I teach it in a 26 & 2, inspired flow, meaning we repeat specific drills on purpose. That repetition builds heat from the inside out, strengthens the body, and opens you up layer by layer. We start slow, we build, and as your body warms, I add challenges.
It’s grounding, powerful, and yes, you are absolutely working out.
🔥 Hot Pilates | 6:45 PM
This is mat-style, workout-style movement.
We’re working abs, pushups, planks, glutes, the muscles we sometimes avoid but need the most. It’s controlled, focused, and strong. You’ll feel it, in the best way.
Here’s the thing, both classes are a workout.
They’re called Hot because you create the heat through movement. Your own body weight. Your own strength. No gimmicks.
Both classes are designed to:
• connect movement with breath
• relieve stress
• build confidence
• build true body-weight strength
I’ve got all the equipment you need.
All you have to do is show up and catch the vibe.
