As parents is important to understand the developmental milestones of our children. These are just some examples of what to look for and what to expect in a baby who is between 0-6 months.
If you feel that your child may not be presenting with these skills talk to your pediatrician about these concerns. There are local programs that can help educate you and your child build these skills even from a young age. In Florida we have the Early Steps program.

The Florida Legislature has approved $1,000,000 in swim lesson vouchers to support water safety and prevent tragedies. 🏊‍♀️💙
Children ages 4 and under who are either part of military families or have autism are given priority access due to their higher risk for drowning.
