🏥 Operations Support (Remote, Full-Time)
In this role, you’ll support a business that provides medical services (including outpatient care and insurance coordination) and also manages legal case intake. Your work will be essential to keeping operations running efficiently and clients supported.

What You’ll Do:
Administrative & Client Support
Answer incoming calls—especially during peak hours (5–7 PM EST)

Provide courteous and timely support to clients and patients

Maintain and update internal records and shared spreadsheets

Healthcare Operations
Track all billing and follow up with the billing company

Verify insurance and obtain pre-authorizations

Contact insurance companies to check claim statuses and payment progress

Ensure timely and accurate co-pay collections

Legal Intake Coordination
Review voicemails/messages from potential legal clients

Call and screen leads using a structured questionnaire

Connect qualified individuals with the appropriate legal representative

Document intake results clearly and consistently

🕓 Schedule
Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
Your afternoon and evening availability is key to success in this role.

✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed
Excellent communication and phone skills

Experience with medical admin, insurance verification, or legal intake is a strong plus

Highly organized, dependable, and able to work independently

Strong attention to detail and follow-through
