What is programming? Exercise programming (prescription) is the development of a personalized fitness plan based on an individual’s current functional level, medical history and needs that is designed to help them safely and effectively achieve their goals.

Available programming:
Aerobic training program design
Athletic development program design
Balance and coordination program design
Flexibility program design
Functional movement program design
Nutritional program design
Plyometric and speed program design
Resistance training program design
Special populations program design

Sports nutrition consultation add-on available upon request.

General populations and athletes

It takes a strong person to become a doctor,
but I think you have to be even stronger to date/marry one.

It takes a strong person to become a business owner,
but I think you have to be even stronger to date/marry one.

It takes a strong person to move to a town where no one knows your name away from family and friends and familiar and start a cash-pay clinic with a complex business model…
You see where I’m going with this.

To the hardest working, most selfless, most genuine human I know. “Blood, sweat and tears” doesn’t do it justice.

When you’re working way past clock-out time, i see you.
When you’re the one on the phone and in the inbox taking the brunt of when people don’t know how to people, I see you.
When we’re (still) living on a budget because everything goes back into the business, I see you.
When you take care of stuff around the house and Munich when I’m stuck at work until midnight, I see you.
When you’re homesick and far from home and grinding with a smile on your face anyway, I see you.

And I’m beyond grateful.

There’s a common misconception that just because you plant a seed, you get to eat the fruit.

You have to water the seed you planted. Often.
You also have to prune the unwanted or unnecessary. Often.

If there was a common denominator working with professional athletes, navy seals, and other high performers, i think they all seem to understand this (and consistently live this out) at its purest level. There’s not a lot of overthinking - it’s a very “it takes what it takes” mindset.

If you’re a parent with kids - i think this life skill is also taught at a foundational level in youth sports which makes more functional adults.
