You’re carrying a lot.
And not just in your day, in your mind.
You’re thinking about what needs to get done, what didn’t get done, what might happen next.
It feels responsible. Like you’re staying on top of things.
But what it creates is something else.
A crowded mind.
And when your mind is full like that, there’s no space to hear yourself clearly.
So you keep going.
You keep thinking.
You keep trying to stay ahead of everything.
But clarity doesn’t come from holding onto more.
It comes from space.
From learning how to step back, even briefly, and not engage every thought that comes through.
That’s where something deeper begins to surface.
That’s where your own wisdom has room to lead.
This is a big part of the work I do with women, creating that space so you can actually hear what’s true for you.
Overthinker or do you shut it down?
