• Float on a comfortable float in the salt water pool, or
• Lay grounded on the earth under the night sky

Shannon will guide you through a sound healing journey, then you’ll have access to:
• Barrel sauna
• Cold plunge
• Hot tub
• Salt water pool
• Personalized energy clearing

Bring a blanket or warm layers for the sound bath to stay comfortable.

But here’s the real question the universe is asking:

Will you be the VICTOR or the VICTIM?

Are you noticing what’s going WRONG or what’s going RIGHT? Because that choice? That’s everything.

Maybe things look amazing and you’re moving forward... then BAM. A twist. Everything stops. You’re standing at the intersection wondering which way to go.

Now what?

Do you STOP?
Do you GO BACK?
Or do you MOVE FORWARD?
