I have been researching and using home remedies for over 20 years. I want to share what I've learned with others so we all can be as chemical and "conventional" medicine free as possible. The truth is, the poison they use now to treat people should be considered as 'alternative'. The remedies that have been used for thousands of years, that work, is where they got the recipes from in the first place. This is another really cool thing I have learned using Mother Nature for a better body and mind. I grow my own Rosemary and I cut a couple little branches off and put them in my AC vent in my car, it makes the car smell awesome. I didn't know I was actually helping my brain in the process. Rosemary is part of the mint family, and I have known about how peppermint hekps with anxiety and helps people think clearer. One of the teachers I used to work with, on exam days, she would stand at the door and hand the kids one of those red and white peppermint candies. Because it helps them calm down and think more clear. I was told by a friend to make tea out of the rosemary after it dries out. So I did, and it taste great. I looked up the benefits of rosemary tea and was floored at what I read. Amongst other things, rosemary tea helps with asthma symptoms. But here is the really fascinating $ #!t: Rosemary helps the brain repair itself after a stroke. It is now given to Alzheimers patients and people predisposed ro reverse or slow down the cognitive digression brought on from that terrible disease. I have about five Rosemary bushes, and still adding more, everyone should do the same. Easily grown in pots as it's root system is shallow. Good Health!!

Another supplement that helps repair our bodies is collagen. Collagen is the most abundant protein in our bodies. I used to think collagen was just good for the skin. But I have learned that collagen is like the glue for ALL of our soft tissue. Skin, cartridge, ligaments, tendons, blood vessels, brain... you get the picture. It is also in our bones. But today's lesson is on the soft tissue. I use to take the collagen via powder. Then I wanted to get away from using processed products. A friend told me recently that if I wanted good looking skin to eat a grapefruit a day. So I started doing that. That was about the time I researched 'foods that promote collagen growth naturally'. The first food I always saw in these articles is bone broth, then citrus, berries... The grocery stores know people are drinking bone broth now as one of the last times I was purchasing some at my local grocer (Publix) they actually had a Starbucks looking cup, plastic top and all. I read an article about 20 years ago about how our tendons, ligaments and cartilage can actually repair themselves, mush to the denial of doctors. I don't blame them for not knowing this, but they are NOT taught about nutrition. The article I read said what inhibits this repair is the opioids people take for pain, farmaceuticals people, NOT pharmaceuticals. I know this happens because I use to take two stairs at a time all the time. About a year ago I noticed I wasn't able to do two stairs anymore. I couldn't push as much weight on the leg press at the gym. My knees were hurting. So, I had started eating a grapefruit a day about three months ago. I have been drinking bone broth almost everyday, about a cup or so, for the last two months. Three weeks ago I was able to do two stairs again without any pain at all. Eat well, be well!!

I want to share a few things I have learned in my research that help repair our bodies. The first is the importance of vitamin K. There are several 'versions' of the K vitamin, K1, K2 to name a few. K1 comes from leafy greens. K2 comes from fatty meats and eggs. They work systematically with D3, both helping with absorption of the other. The K vitamins are great, some of the many benefits of the K's are they help lower blood sugar. The doctor in the video below got his parent off meds for diabetes in 3 months, BIG! Whats even bigger, and I LOVE this one. Vitamin K helps the body absorb calcium, even better, it's helps de-calcify arteries as well the whole vascular system. So eat your greens/colors, I use Life Extensions Super K supplement. That company has been around for years and their supplements are very affordable. This is about feeding our animals the processed kibble that is causing them an early death. Remember back in the Johnny Carson days? Ed McMahon going off to the side to do a commercial for Ken-L-Ration. That's what we used to feed our dogs, MEAT Cats?! That stinky stuff in the cans. Dogs back then used to live until 16 to 20 years old, even the big dogs. Now their food is highly processed kibble that has crude fats and chemicals/preservatives that have nothing to do with the nice pictures of the beef and veggies on the package. I would see people feed their animals raw chicken, bones and all. Those dogs looked better and healthier with less allergies. Note: The only raw chicken bone dangerous for dogs, is that skinny bone on chicken legs, the pin bone. That is the only bone an animal can choke on. When cooked, all bone gets brittle and splinters, so, it is dangerous then. After years of reading different articles, watching videos on Youtube. Great site, Rawfed.com has more info on the subject. I bought a meat grinder, one strong enough to grind soft bones like chicken. Presidente has 10 pound bags of chicken quarters for $7 or $8. With two pounds each of sweet potatoes and carrots, I add some greens. Total cost $14 or $15. It last me about two weeks with two medium size dogs. I still feed them some kibble, but about 1/3 of what I used to feed them at a serving.. Recently I was watching an interview with two doctors about the Keto Diet. They mentioned a dog that lived on a farm that had just passed away the year or so before, the dog was 30 years old. Maggie was her name. Maggie only ate what was on the farm: chicken, eggs, maybe some other kind of meat. I'm sure it didn't hurt that the dog ran more than 20 miles a day following the farmer in his tractor. I have been working on a report that has a lot of the things I've learned in these 2+ years of research. LOTS of good stuff. Give me a week or so to finish. Everyday I'm like, 'I need to add this', so it keeps growing. As a tease, and my best remedy, look up the benefits of K2. It is totally amazing. It helps with lowering blood sugar, it also helps with the absorption of calcium, and, get this, it helps de calcify the arteries. D3 does the same, it helps with the absoption of calcium. When you have the calcium going where it is needed, it doesn't go where it's not needed, like the arteries. I bet there is no medication that does all that without having 27 side effects!! Hey everyone, I'm sorry I haven't posted anything in a while. Here is a super simple, free remedy I do everyday that helps add energy plus other benefits. It is called sun water. All you need to do is put good clean water, NOT tap water or distilled water, out in the sun in a GLASS container for a few hours, then drink and enjoy the results.Here is an article to prove what I say!! The second post about the blue glass is new to me, but intriguing just the same. I will look into it more to see if it is beneficial, but thought i would add it to let you do the same. The sun is a great source of energy. sitting in the sun for even just 20 minutes is the best sourse of vtamin D. Plus, produces serotonin, the happy hormone. The third article is about this.
