Moving forward can be a daunting task after the loss of a loved one. Little steps are better than no steps. Be mindful, that your loved ones in Spirit want you to continue moving forward in your life living to your fullest potential. As difficult as that may seem, you can do it. There will be set backs and that's normal. Remember, they are still with you, just in a different energy form.

When our loved ones pass, a profound change takes place in us. Change is hard, depressing, scary, unfathomable and not what we may have wanted. With change can bring new life, hope, growth, shedding of old patterns or thoughts. Change is hard....but necessary to carry on in your lifes mission. ❤️
