This weeks group run will be at 7am on Sunday, Sept 14 at Barista’s Bouquet, followed by coffee. We’re planning on 8 miles, but can modify the route for shorter distances.

• Saturday or Sunday morning runs
• ½ marathon training schedule for Des Marathon weekend Oct. 19
• ½ off coffee drinks or $1 drip coffee after the run

Saturday morning run cancelled due to weather.

4 mile run/walk yesterday followed by delicious iced coffees. Not a bad start to the weekend!

Return to run had its longest run on Saturday! We found a beautiful, peaceful trail which made the uphills a little more tolerable.

Next group run is this Saturday morning at 8am. Come join us for some exercise, fresh air and socializing! We're a very casual group, no training needed.
