WOAH! Standing up, just to sit back down and take a deep breath because the room is spinning? 😵‍💫

What the heck is going on?

Dizziness feels scary, but sometimes it can be as simple as your jaw, neck, shoulders, or upper back holding tension you didn't even realize.

Check in right now:

Is your jaw clenched?
Shoulders shrugged up to ears?
Breath short, choppy or shallow in your chest?

Small stretches and posture shifts can make a real difference. 💛

If this sounds familiar, we can guide you through gentle ways to feel steadier and more grounded.

Yep! We've said it before, we'll keep on saying it. 😉

So many women tuck their pelvis under, clench their glutes, and sit back on their tailbone all day long. That constant gripping? It keeps your pelvic floor tense and overworked.

When we say “sit on your vagina,” we mean:

✨ Stack your ribs over your pelvis
✨ Let your sit bones bear weight
✨ Allow your pelvic floor to relax instead of clench

Less gripping.
Less pressure.
Better breathing.
Better pelvic floor function.

Your body will thank you. 💛

60-second reset for exhausted moms:

Inhale through your nose for 4

Feel ribs expand 360° (not just chest)

Long exhale through mouth for 6–8

Let pelvic floor gently soften on inhale

Repeat 5 breaths

Longer exhales tell your nervous system:
You are safe.

You don’t always need more energy. Sometimes you need more regulation.

Save this for your 3pm crash.
Send it to a mom who hasn’t taken a full breath today.

This isn’t just stretching.

This is birth prep. 💛

Mobility work, pelvic support, and nervous system regulation all come together to help your body:

✔ Move more freely
✔ Release tension where it’s holding you back
✔ Build strength and coordination for labor
✔ Feel more confident and supported in your body

Pregnancy isn’t a season to just “tough it out.” It’s a season to prepare intentionally.

These 7 symptoms are worth talking about. Right away. 🚨

So many women were told:

“This is just what happens after kids.”
“This is part of getting older.”
“This is normal.”

So you started ignoring it.
Working around it.
Planning your life around bathrooms.
Avoiding workouts.
Tensing through intimacy.
Accepting pain as part of motherhood.

And maybe you even felt a little embarrassed to bring it up.

But these 7 things are worth talking about:

• Leaking when you sneeze, cough, laugh, or jump
• Constant urgency or always mapping bathrooms (also, itching without infection)
• Pelvic heaviness or pressure by the end of the day
• Pain with s*x
• Low back or hip pain that won’t go away
• Constipation or straining
• Ab separation or persistent ‘mom pooch’

If you’ve been told this is normal — it’s not.
It’s common.
And it’s treatable.

You deserve care that takes you seriously. 💛
