Avocado Lime Cheesecake😋😋
Ingredients:
For the dough:
7 oz (200 g) butter, softened
3 teaspoons brown sugar
1 banana
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda (mixed with lemon juice)
1/3 teaspoon salt
For the cream:
12-14 oz (350-400 g) cream cheese (2 packs of Philadelphia, ricotta, or mascarpone)
2 ripe avocados
1 lime
3 tablespoons icing sugar
Directions:
Mix the softened butter with the sugar, salt, and cocoa powder. Peel and mash the banana with a fork. Stir it into the sugar-cocoa mixture. Add the baking soda mixed with lemon juice. Gradually add the flour and knead the dough until it begins to harden.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/3 inch (8 mm), and then place it on a baking sheet and form the edges.
Place parchment paper on top of the dough. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 355–390 degrees F (180–200 degrees C). Let the dough cool and remove it from the pan.
For the cream, mix chopped avocado flesh with squeezed lime juice in a blender. Add the icing sugar and the cream cheese to the mixture and stir everything well.
Spread the cream evenly over the cooled cake and sprinkle the grated chocolate on top. Put your cheesecake in the refrigerator for a few hours to settle.

BULLETPROOF KETO COFFEE RECIPE
Start to Finish: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of black coffee (brewed)
1 tsp. to 2 tbsp. of MCT oil or coconut oil
1-2 tbsp. grass-fed, unsalted butter or 1-2 tsp. Grass-Fed Ghee
Tip: You can adjust the amount of oil and butter (or Ghee) to find what works for you.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Brew 1 cup (8-12 ounces) of coffee of your preference.
Add coffee, MCT oil, or coconut oil and butter or ghee to a blender.
Blend 20-30 seconds until it looks like a creamy latte. Enjoy!
Tip: If you do not own a blender, add all the contents to a large mug and use a milk frother.

Healthier Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients (for 12 servings)

CHOCOLATE
1 cup dark chocolate(175 g), chopped, melted
¼ cup coconut oil(60 g)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

PEANUT BUTTER
½ cup natural peanut butter(120 g)
¼ cup honey(85 g)
2 tablespoons coconut oil

1 Line a muffin tin with muffin tin liners.

2 In a bowl or measuring cup, add the dark chocolate and ¼ cup (50 g) coconut oil.

3 Stir in vanilla extract.

4 Microwave for 30-second intervals until melted, stirring each time.

5 Pour half of the chocolate mixture into the liners (just enough to cover the whole bottom). Save the other half for the top layer.

6 Freeze for 15 minutes.

7 In a bowl or measuring cup, add the peanut butter, honey, and 2 tablespoons coconut oil.

8 Microwave 15 seconds or until slightly melted and pourable.

9 Pour mixture evenly into the muffin tin.

10 Freeze for 5 minutes.

11 Pour remaining chocolate mixture on top of the peanut butter layer.

12 Freeze until firm about 1 hour.

13 Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

14 Enjoy!

Healthy Tomato Sauce.
Ingredients
1/8 cup of olive oil
4 garlic cloves, chopped (or 4 teaspoons jarred chopped garlic in water)
2 large cans (28 ounces each) whole plum tomatoes
1 dried bay leaf
1 large onion, cut in half
black pepper (optional)
Preparation
1. In a small stockpot or large deep skillet, heat the oil until warm but not smoking.
2. Add the garlic and cook only until lightly colored.
3. Add the tomatoes and juice.
4. Add the onion and bay leaf.
5. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 45 minutes, until the tomatoes break apart easily (then mash them with a potato masher or spatula to break them up).
6. Remove the onion.
7. Stir well. Add black pepper to taste.
