NutriAge- Nutrition for all ages Nutriage is a health forum, catering mainly but not limited to south asian community. Being healthy is more an art than science.

One formula can't be the answer to everyone's unique condition and/or lifestyle. However, being healthy is not very difficult; in fact the good part is it's intuitive. With a little guidance, a little motivation and by listening to your mind/body, you can achieve the right balance in your life. Nutriage is an attempt to provide you with a platform where you can get the needed guidance & motivation to keep you on your "track". It is fueled by it's members and moderated by me. We at Nutriage believe that everybody has valuable information that can be beneficial to the community in general. We come together to share everything; from recipe makeovers, cooking tips, healthy cooking, to latest research, product "recalls" etc. Being Healthy is your right, not a privilege and our attempt is to make it easier for you. Happy International Yoga Day!
Today we concluded a week long program including beginner and advance level tracks for Nutriton, Yoga, Meditation and Exercise.

It was both gratifying and humbling experience leading the nutrition track while participating in the other tracks.

Kudos to MWI for organizing these events every year concluding with a grand celebration. Looking forward to our continued collaboration.
