Learning a somatic approach saved my career, and my mental state! Now, I just love what I do, and no more pain. I'm home from a weekend in PA helping with a Trager Level 1. I am re-inspired, rejuvenated, and so happy to be offering these workshops! It was so wonderful to have so many young men in the class! A few of them are in school for physical therapy and are going to have amazing careers! Bringing Trager Approach to the "medical" community was Milton Trager's dream. It's just the beginning!!!
