I'm getting a lot of requests for 1 on 1 Reiki training. I usually do this time of year. Winter is a good time to start healing and wellness practices. Reiki is no exception. I have *limited* spots available this winter/early Spring. If you would like a class experience instead of 1 on 1 please check back with me because I may have something up my sleeve but I'm not sure on dates yet.

1 on 1 classes are held at my office in Westbrook in a warm, cozy and supportive environment with my undivided attention. You receive a manual, certificate, attunement and ongoing support long after you leave.

The bonds built through Reiki are something I cherish and I treat with the utmost respect and care.

If you've always been curious about Reiki and have never received a session, please reach out with questions. I have two convenient offices where I practice.

Reiki creates stillness and mindfulness thus restoring wellbeing through harmonizing different areas of the body. Helping you heal and rest on a deeper level. A 1 hour session feels like 8 hours of sleep. 😴

On the Luna scheduling site just write in the notes that you would like a Psychic Reiki session. At my office you can book it through my online scheduling.

What is Psychic Reiki?

I start the session using a pendulum to see which chakras need some extra love and attention. This helps me with where to focus my session and set intentions. As I sit at the Crown I meditate while giving Reiki and will deliver what Spirit or loved one want to tell you. It is super relaxing, comforting and validating. This session not only brings you more peace but it can help reset your whole nervous system. A session is typically 60-70 minutes. Allow for rest and hydration after this session.
