Dear friends,
This month I am taking time to recharge after a very busy and eventful year. Next month I'll be sharing some fun classes! This year I am doing things differently and focusing more on my health and wellbeing as I allow myself to heal, integrate and recover.

This year brings a lot of positive changes for me including a potential relocation. Due to some privacy breaches I won't be telling many folks where I'm heading unless it's through a private message and I feel safe to do so. As much as I love the Portland/Westbrook area I feel the time is drawing near to relocate and start fresh. I've been in Maine for almost 6.5 years. Who knows where my journey will take me next. 🤷‍♀️

This year I hope to teach Crystal Healing, Moon Magick and Practical Magick workshops all sprinkled out over the year. I hope to team up with Zen Witch Wellness for most of them. ✨

I would also like to teach my first Reiki 1 class at Luna Holistic Massage in April. And a group Reiki Master Practitioner class this fall. If you would like to be notified when a new class is being offered please follow this page (not just like it).

As we come into a new year I feel the deeply called to learn more about somatic therapies. In March I am planning on taking a course in Craniosacral Therapy and an online certification course in becoming a Somatic Coach. I believe this is the evolution of my career and will further expand my knowledge and growth as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner. I am excited to take this next step. The world needs more professionals who are trained in trauma-informed care and wellness.

In my current profession I work WITH your body; not against. I work WITH your nervous system, fascia and energy pathways to restore balance. I create a safe container for you to heal and will continue to do so.

My hope is to be able to offer online and in-person somatic coaching sessions by year's end.

Just finished a New Year email reading for a long time friend! Why choose an email reading? There's no appointment necessary. Readings are done between 24 & 72hrs with detailed descriptions and channeled insights. I take a picture of the spread so you see the cards that I've pulled. I love doing this type of readings because they don't involve going anywhere or mutually agreeing on a time frame. In the new year I am shifting Goth Witch Holistic into training and workshops and focusing on Massage and Reiki over at Luna Holistic Massage [ lunaholisticmassage.com ] in Portland. I've been at Luna for almost two years and have more of a steady clientele over there. I have decided to close down the online booking app for my office immediately.

If you are in Westbrook and would still like a Reiki session or a reading, please reach out via text, email or messenger and I will take a look at the room availability. Virtual services still offered just ask! ****

Let's take a moment to clear our pages, spaces, profiles and personal energy to invite love, happiness & health in the new year. Energy accumulates and over time we hold on to things that are not good for us and can put us in a state of dis-ease and disempowerment.

Sage smoke has been used by indigenous cultures during various ceremonies and rituals to create the clear intention of good energy. One can use Palo Santo, a southern American alternative to Sage used by South American cultures. There are multiple ways to clear energy, there's no incorrect way. It's all about clear positive intention. Clear quartz can also be charged to clear energy as well.

Dear friends,
I've been getting an influx of people messaging me questions about their partners, exes and loved ones. You *must* set up an appointment with me. I do not just answer random questions without an appointment. Readings are one of my professions and are a secondary source of income. I do not appreciate being asked questions over and over again expecting a free reading. Not going to happen and it shows that you do not value my time and energy. You will be blocked. Completely unacceptable behavior that will not be tolerated.
