LICADD was honored to attend and participate as a panelist for Touro Law Center's CLE program on “Estate Planning for Loved Ones with Mental Health and/or Substance Use Disorders” alongside Patricia Marcin, Esq. of Rivkin Radler LLP and Jamie A. Rosen, Esq. of Meister Seelig & Fein PLLC.

Attendees received powerful insights on the role of a trusted advisor in discussing and preparing for mental health and substance use challenges within the family and their impact on estate planning.
