Nia - Westby & Viroqua Gayle Nielsen is a Certified Blue Belt Nia instructor in the Westby & Viroqua area. Nia is a holistic approach to wellness. Oh yes, and we dance barefoot!

Teaching Nia classes and playshops at Perfect Spirit Studio near Westby, WI and at the ARK in Viroqua, WI. We move the body in its natural way through a one hour routine set to soul lifting music.
