Grief doesn’t just affect one person, it impacts the entire family.

This Wednesday, March 11 from 6:00–7:30 PM, join us at Cornerstone of Hope for our monthly Family Grief Support Group.

This program offers space for families to come together while also receiving age-appropriate support. Children (ages 6–12) will engage in guided activities that help them understand feelings and build healthy coping skills, while caregivers gather separately for conversation, connection, and practical support for parenting through grief.

You don’t have to carry this alone.

Registration is required for each date you plan to attend. We look forward to welcoming you this Wednesday.

Coping skills give us something steady when everything else feels uncertain.

They’re the practical, everyday tools that help us manage big emotions, taking a walk, setting boundaries, creating routines, talking it out, or simply allowing ourselves a pause.

They may seem small, but over time, they build strength and steadiness. Give yourself permission to use the tools that help you breathe a little easier.

Today, on Employee Appreciation Day, we pause to honor the incredible individuals who make this work possible. Your compassion, expertise, and consistent support create a safe space for those navigating grief and loss. You show up day after day with empathy, patience, and heart, often holding stories that are heavy and sacred.

Because of you, families feel supported, children feel understood, and hope feels possible. We are deeply grateful for your commitment to this mission and for the care you pour into our community. Thank you for all that you do, it truly matters.

Grief is not one size fits all.

It looks different in every life and in every season. Some days feel heavy, others feel lighter, and both can exist at the same time. There’s no timeline to follow and no “right” way to carry loss.

Wherever you are today, your grief is real, and it deserves compassion.

When something breaks, we often feel the loss deeply. But what if the broken places could become part of something beautiful?

Join us on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 6:00 PM at Cornerstone of Hope in Westerville for an evening of grief education, support, and therapeutic art inspired by the ancient practice of Kintsugi, or “golden joinery.”

Together, we will honor the healing journey and create our own Kintsugi pieces to take home—reminders that the cracks in our story can be filled with strength, meaning, and even gold.

This event is free, and all are welcome. Click this link to register: https://secure.lglforms.com/form_engine/s/-qvg5rTPxsxO9lM8zuPD-Q
