This is a question I get a lot as a therapist and I am so glad Alex Henn, LPCC-S asked me this. First let me say, this is my opinion and is not medical advice. Please consult a medical professional on the interactions between ADHD meds and canna if you have concerns. However, I wanted to share this because I do see the ways that c@nna🚌 really seems to reduce suffering in some of my clients with ADHD. I have also seen how it can make their symptoms worse.

For me, when people have explained attachment theory it has felt incredibly complicated and therefore not useful; but thinking about attachment as a function of feeling wanted or unwanted makes it make sense to me and I wanted to share.
