Complete Physique Training is where we are "CHANGING LIVES, 1 PERSON AT A TIME"

Programs offered at Complete Physique Trainining are the following:

Sport Specific Performance: strength and conditioning in the following, gymnastics, football, track and field(sprints) wrestling, baseball, soccer, Overall off-season, pre-season, and season preparation(training and nutrition)

Bodybuilding/Fitness/Physique: contest prep including diet, stage presentation, supplementation, training and most importantly mental preparation for competition. Life Coaching: Whether you are a student athlete trying to keep yourself focused on your goals (trying to get into college, keeping grades up, balancing your social life, etc) or just a person trying to balance a healthy lifestyle with the stresses of everyday life, C.P.T. can be that support needed during this crucial point in your life to and help you reach that goal.

Awesome time at Outreach today, probably fed between 75-90 people. Now it's time to go home and have some family time and be grateful for every single thing in my life. Thank you lord for blessing me with all I need and all I could ever want. Happy Thanksgiving Peeps!

As I sit here and reflect on this trip, I have to say how thankful I am for Coach for making it here, and it would not have been the same without you. We are very proud of our athletes who competed at the Shawn Ray Hawaiian classic which was a beautiful venue and the production was top notch. placed 3rd in his second Pro Show show and was honorable mention for best posing award.....this stung a little bit, but it's all good. Knowing how many people came up to us and expressed that they thought for sure he had it had made it very cool. The fans always let you know either way, lol. No is disrespect to the posing award winner, but believe me, we are just getting started. won novice overall, winning his open class and just missed overall in a very competitive posedown. Hats off to the overall winner who is a brahdah to us 🤙 I will post more pictures, but that will be later this week. Thank you to Greg and Rose Yoshida for the luv, support, opening their gym to us and the support at the show was so awesome. Thank you also to Suzanne and Peter Lanting for always being there as well. Hawaii always shows us so much luv and look forward to the next one. I am.looking forward to some rest and rejuvenation time. Much Mahalos and sending you all much luv 4LYF!

HAPPY VETERANS DAY!
It's no secret that I Love this COUNTRY, I love this FLAG and I love those that have sacrificed everything so we can have our FREEDOM. Thank you again VETERANS, those that have passed and those who are still here with us. You are and will always be honored by me.
I want to especially thank my dad for his 26 years of service , doing 2 tours and sacrificing for our family and the freedom we all enjoy. Also to all the brave men and women in our family (we are loaded with veterans)and friends who have and continue to serve this great country in order for us to keep our freedom and also keep this country safe from all threats, foreign and domestic.
My son who is now a Naval Officer.....who I am beyond proud off is continuing a family tradition.
Today is one of my favorite days of the year because I truly appreciate everything this country has provided to me and my family. I proudly stand for our U.S. Military and am truly grateful for all they do and sacrifices that have been made for us. Thank you again for your service, you are true heroes and I SALUTE YOU!
