Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, Life Care Center of Westlake's in-house team of nurses and therapists creates individual care plans treating the whole person ? Wellness and customer service are a daily focus in everything we do. In fact, we received the 2018 Bronze National Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living. Our nursing home is centrally located to provide easy access from both major hospital systems in the Cleveland, Ohio, area.

Congratulations, Ross, one of our recent therapy program graduates! 🎓 Ross is a lot younger than most of our rehab participants, 26 years old. He shared about his positive experience in his journey with us:

🗨️ "Through Life Care of Westlake, I am managing my diabetes as well as checking my blood sugar levels and administering my own insulin. I am embracing my education and taking responsibility for my own health thanks to all of the help I received at Life Care. I have done so well here that now I no longer have to manage my diabetes with shots, my sugar levels are under control and able to be managed by medication. I am able to return home and engage in my favorite hobbies: the royal families and my writing. I want to give a big thank-you to the staff at Life Care for taking such good care of me and helping me out so much. Thank you so much!" 🫶
