Update of the interbody system:
The fusion cage is suitable for various causes of lumbar degenerative instability, especially when combined with conditions such as intervertebral disc herniation or spinal stenosis that require decompression surgery.

--Curvature and angles are designed to fit the anatomical characteristics of multiple conditions.
--Surface convex tooth design ensures excellent initial stability.
--Lateral multi-porous structure enhances blood supply, accelerating the fusion process.
--Large fusion surface area promotes long-term fusion effectiveness

New Product-Gen2 Spinal Fixation System
--The performance of the 4.75 CoCrMo system surpasses the titanium alloy 5.5 system, making surgery safer.
--Miniaturized, ultra-low profile, minimally invasive implantation, compatible with surgical robots.
--Clear imaging, no artifacts, providing easy-to-operate surgical tools.
--Complete equipment provides comprehensive surgical solutions for doctors and patients.

Polyaxial Screws & Set Screws:

--CoCrMo alloy screw cap : When used in combination with CoCrMo alloy rods, the locking rods are more secure.
--Effectively prevent/minimize screw burst/thread stripping during surgical procedures. Pure titanium saddle pad: slightly deformed during surgery, better conforming to the hard CoCrMo rod, effectively increasing the contact area and effectively increasing the screw's grip on the rod.
--Pure titanium protective ring: increases the bonding strength and fatigue resistance between the screw body and the screw head.
--Double thread design: The screw is fully inserted, and the number of rotations is greatly reduced compared to single thread, which effectively improves the efficiency of screw placement; the ratio of cortical bone/cancellous bone double thread is designed according to clinical anatomical data to increase the stability of the screw in the vertebral body after surgery.
--Optimized design of distal thread tip: The taper design of the head provides guidance, avoids deviation from the screw path, provides true self-tapping ability, and makes bicortical fixation easier.

Recently, Dr. Li and his team performed a knee replacement surgery using the SurgTech Primary Knee Replacement System, demonstrating their exceptional surgical skills. The patient is currently recovering well, and the SurgTech knee replacement solution has been highly recognized by hospital experts.

【Patient Information】
Patient: Ms. Li, 71 years old
Chief complaint: Bilateral knee pain with limited mobility for over ten years
Current medical history: Ten years ago, the patient developed bilateral knee pain and soreness without apparent cause, primarily in the right knee. The pain worsened with activity, particularly when ascending and descending stairs or squatting, and eased with rest. The pain was moderate and tolerable, with no radiating pain elsewhere. The pattern of initial pain followed by relief and then pain continued. The patient experienced no hemoptysis, chest tightness, palpitations, abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting, profuse sweating, chills or fever, hematuria, afternoon hot flashes, cough or sputum, night sweats, or limb weakness. She had visited a local hospital several times since the onset of the disease. While the knee pain resolved with treatment, it frequently recurred and progressively worsened, with difficulty moving the knees. The pain in her left knee remained unrelieved. For further treatment, she sought admission to the First Division of the Orthopedics Department for outpatient treatment of bilateral knee osteoarthritis. The patient's mental state, sleep, appetite, and bowel movements have been normal recently. He has no chills or fever, and has not experienced significant weight loss or gain.

Medical History: He has a history of hypertension and self-administers extended-release nifedipine tablets, reporting that his blood pressure is well controlled. He also reports a history of diabetes and regularly controls his blood sugar with metformin and glyburide, which he reports as well controlled. He denies any history of infectious diseases such as hepatitis and tuberculosis, coronary heart disease, stomach problems, food or drug allergies, or any other trauma.
