Our mental health affects and is affected by many other aspects of our lives. With this in mind, VPS is excited to begin Table Topics, an event to bring experts in their field to the office to share information on practical ways to improve your mental health.

The first Table Topics event will take place on March 5th at 6:30 pm and will feature Lauren Kroeger of Kroeger Wellness, Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Lauren has the knowledge and experience to help us understand how our diet affects our mental health while remaining compassionate and understanding of how this can sometimes be a challenge! She is an amazing resource and VPS is thrilled to have her to kick off Table Topics! The link to Kroeger Wellness is listed in the comments.

The cost is free, but registration is strongly recommended as space is limited! Email katrina@vivifypsych.com to reserve your spot!
