Stella first created a mental health quiz that incorporates multiple measures used by the American Psychological Association to help people better understand what they may be experiencing. But we didn’t stop there.

By analyzing 20,000 outcome results from our database, we can pair an individual’s symptom severity with treatment outcomes from patients who experienced similar symptoms — highlighting which treatments helped the most and which were less effective.
