How’s your plank form? If you’ve been working out at home with no mirror and no guidance for the past year, it may need a wake up call! And that’s okay, we all need help with our form sometimes.
Planks are a total body exercise that focuses on your core strength. Try to incorporate your glutes, quads, and upper back, while avoiding neck and low back strain! If a regular plank is challenging- let’s get that right before adding fancy moves.
