Mind Body Spirit Connection Private energy healing sessions, workshops and seminars that provide growth, healing and clarity. Ann is an Intuitive Energy Healer, Speaker and Yoga Teacher.

Her passion is to guide others in removing limiting beliefs, old patterns and perceived barriers in order to manifest growth, expansion and happiness. In every session she uses her intuition to read the energy field of the client and connect to the frequency of their soul. Each of our energy fields holds all of our experiences and emotions, positive and negative, beyond this lifetime. It carries patterns that give her insights about the true challenges you might be facing in your life. Through heart based energy, during a session Ann will channel information she received, give you some energy healing, coach you and or give you some yogic practices and breaths to assist in your transformation. Ann provides private sessions, workshops and seminars and is the owner of Mind Body Spirit Connection.
