when I first started spinal flow
I thought of everyone I loved…

my friends
my family

I wanted to help ALL of them

but here’s the truth I had to learn the hard way

not everyone is ready

some think it’s weird
some think it’s hocus pocus
some just don’t feel it

some need to try everything that feels familiar first
and only when all else fails… they might come back to this

and that’s okay

I can offer
I can share
I can educate

but I can’t force

so now
I plant the seed
and I walk away

because the right people will come when they’re ready

and even then…

healing doesn’t always look the way we expect

some people want relief right away
and if they don’t get that
they think it’s not working at all

even when other things are improving

some people feel relief right away
some don’t

some come in fully believing this will help them
and still… the main thing they came in for takes time

while other things start to shift first

and that can be the hardest part

because when you’re on my table
I give you everything I’ve got

but it’s not about me

it’s your body
your timing
your nervous system

and healing is not linear

it’s messy
it’s bumpy
it’s unpredictable

so if you’re on this journey

trust your body

even when it doesn’t make sense yet🤍

this is release�this is the body unwinding�this is what healing can look like ✨

This is what it actually looks like.
Baby needed to move.
So we moved with him.
Floor.
Mom’s lap.
Back and forth.
And then… his body settled.
He fell into the most peaceful sleep.
So we kept going.
Mom got her session while baby slept and yes, I even helped with the bottle in between.

Because this is real life.
Healing doesn’t have to wait until everything is perfect.
We work with your life not against it💕

Two people receiving the same work at the same time 🤍

But here is the thing.
No two bodies are the same.
Each body holds different stress.�Different patterns.�Different blockages.
So even in the same session, the experience is completely different.

One came with migraines 🤕�Another with severe eczema 🔥
One felt the migraine ease and clear.�The other felt the heat in the skin begin to calm and there was also release through the hips ✨�The Spinal Flow, the innate intelligence, just doing its thing.

Same session.�Different bodies.�Different responses.

Because the body does not follow a script.
It responds to what it needs most in that moment.

That is the beauty of this work 🤍

Your body is always communicating with you.🤍

At first it whispers.
A little tension.�Trouble sleeping.�Digestive issues.�Low energy.�Getting triggered by small things that normally would not bother you.�Feeling on edge.

Small signals asking for your attention.
But most of us push through.�We stay busy.�We ignore it.

So the whispers get louder.
Symptoms start to intensify.�Pain becomes more noticeable.�Stress becomes harder to manage.�Your body is trying harder to get your attention.

And if it is still not heard, the body starts screaming.
This is when things can turn into chronic pain, illness, disease, emotional breakdown, or burnout.

Your body is not working against you.�It is always working for you.❤️‍🩹
It is constantly trying to protect you and guide you back to balance.😌

The question is not whether your body is speaking.
The question is�Are you listening?👂

You laugh without forcing it.
You feel a little more like yourself.
Not who you had to become to survive.
But who you were
before your body learned stress.
You don’t need to fix yourself.

The quiet suffering.
The symptoms that don’t show up on tests.
The feeling that something is off, even when you’re told everything looks fine.
You tried talking to friends.
They didn’t quite get it.

Most children don’t know how to tell us what stress they’re carrying.
Honestly—most adults don’t either.
Many of us grow up feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or tense in our bodies
without ever knowing why.
We just learn to live with it.
Kids don’t have that language yet.
So their bodies adapt instead.
Stress doesn’t only live in thoughts or emotions.
It lives in the nervous system.
And the nervous system runs through the spine.
That’s why spinal health matters for children.
Not because something is “wrong,”
but because their bodies are still learning what safety feels like.
When the nervous system is supported,
the body doesn’t have to hold everything so tightly.
This isn’t about fixing kids.
It’s about supporting the system underneath it all.
