“Caring Cases” is a project dedicated to giving a nice, new, age-appropriate suitcase to each child just entering the Elmore County Foster Care System. Unfortunately, Social Services/Department of Human Resources does not have the financial means to purchase suitcases or duffel bags to pack a child's meager belongings into before placement into a foster home. In most cases, it is a quick transition so time is always of the essence.

Ivy Creek Healthcare is on a mission this summer to make sure each child gets a nice suitcase to carry their belongings in.
We are encouraging each Ivy Creek Healthcare department to participate, but we also need community involvement to make this a success.

Our goal is to collect 100 suitcases. Each time a child goes into Foster Care they will be issued a new, age-appropriate piece of luggage!
This is a great opportunity for your family, friends, groups or co-workers to work on a service project together! Please get together and discuss this project!

Here are the guidelines:
• All suitcases must be new
• Preferably the kind you can pull with wheels (as pictured above 😊)
• All donations are to be brought to the ECH Marketing Department
• We need a variety of colors, some with characters, etc.

Get on board and help the Elmore County Foster kids! Thank you so so much for your efforts and involvement!
This is a Summer project and times seems to zip by quickly so get your suitcases in now! We plan to complete this project by August 31st!
