Alexa Moscatiello, RN

Alexa was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, She graduated with her BSN from Duquesne University and has spent the past 9 years in the operating room, currently serving as an OR Charge Nurse and is also a CPR instructor. Alexa loves any opportunity to teach and empower others.

When it comes to aesthetics, Alexa’s favorite services are definitely “tox” - she is obsessed with the subtle yet powerful glow-up it gives as well as lip filler. She loves creating soft, balanced enhancements that transform while still keeping everything beautifully natural—and never overdone.

For Alexa, The best part of working in aesthetics? Her clients. She truly enjoy meeting new faces, building relationships, and helping people feel like the absolute best version of themselves. Nothing is more rewarding than delivering results that enhance natural beauty and boost confidence.

Alexis Gmuca, RN

Alexis was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. She brings classic hometown pride, Steelers energy, and a whole lot of grit into everything she does. She has completed her RN, BSN, and MSN, and currently - a soon to be Neonatal CRNP! Her advanced clinical background shapes her approach to aesthetics with precision, safety, and evidence-based care.

She is passionate about treatments that enhance natural features while keeping results soft, balanced, and effortlessly refined. Whether it’s full-face toxin to subtle structural filler and skin-quality boosters, her focus is to support long-term skin health for each client.

If you’ve ever sat her my chair, or talked to anyone who has, you already know she’s your built-in hype woman! So expect encouragement, good energy, and a whole lot of laughs for your glow. Alexis focuses on delivering results that feel natural and empowering, built on a foundation of education, transparency, and continual training. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll probably find her fueling up with a brown shaken espresso or a La Prima iced coffee while keeping up with the newest aesthetic updates.

Jaime Rearick, RN

Jaime was born and raised in Pittsburgh and currently lives in Mars. Shas been a nurse for 12 years spending most of her career in the trauma unit at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital

Her favorite services to perform are lip enhancements, cheek contouring, and skin rejuvenation treatments. The best part of the job for Jaime is helping people feel confident in their own skin. Her ultimate goal is to  build trust with every patient while  enhancing  their natural beauty.

A fun fact about her is she loves to watch everything sports, love all genres of music and traveling.

Nina Miraglia, RN

Nina has and nurse injector at Beautox for a year and a half. She is originally from Rochester, NY and went to Duquesne for her undergraduate studies. She is currently working towards becoming a nurse practitioner and graduates in 1 month!

Outside of studying and work she loves fitness, reality tv, and hanging with her friends. Her favorite services are lip filler and microneedling. Her goal is to enhance your natural beauty and create subtle natural looking results with every service I provide!

Marissa, RN — Aesthetic Injector

Marissa graduated from East Carolina University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Born in San Antonio and proud to be an Army brat, she grew up around the world—with a memorable chapter spent living in Germany—which sparked her lifelong love of travel and new experiences.

She specialized in both the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the Children’s Emergency Department, building a strong foundation in attention to detail, critical thinking, and compassionate care. Marissa now works as a vascular access nurse while pursuing her Master’s in Healthcare Administration.

Marissa’s passion for aesthetics grew from her desire to blend clinical skill with creativity. She started her Aesthetics career while living in Dallas but recently moved back to Pittsburgh and joined Beautox Aesthetics. She loves that aesthetic medicine allows her to help clients feel like the best version of themselves—glowing and empowered. Her favorite part of the field is creating personalized treatment plans and building long-term relationships with clients as they work toward their aesthetic goals.

Combining her clinical expertise with an artistic eye, Marissa focuses on achieving elevated, natural results that honor each client’s unique features.
