She has been dedicated to helping individuals of all ages in their journey towards better health, wellness, and weight loss, since 1980. She is passionate about helping people achieve healthier living by offering a program that will be tailored to one's individualized needs. Dr. Chufo's goal is to help everyone attain their "best self", physically, mentally & emotionally. Upon meeting Dr. Chufo, you will experience her positive energy, knowledge, passion & commitment to living life to the fullest! The weight loss programs will consist of normal, everyday foods, nutritional supplements and accountability. Our office is equipped with an infrared sauna and a Fat 2 Fit vibrating plate, which is available for clients use, if desired. One-on-one coaching services are available in the office, virtually or by phone. Bridget Chufo graduated from Villanova University as a Registered Nurse. She began working in critical care with a burning desire to help people achieve healthier lifestyles. She furthered her studies at Duquesne University, graduating with a Masters in Family Health Nursing, and subsequently taught there as well. Following her stint in teaching, she continued her studies at New York University and received her PhD in Nursing Research, focusing on the study of weight loss & obesity. Dr. Chufo then established weight-loss centers throughout New York, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Illinois and Pennsylvania.
