Join our May Monthly Vitality Community Challenge: Get down on the floor for at least 10 minutes a day to stretch, mobilize your muscles with a fascia ball or foam roller and sit in different positions (crossed legged, long sitting , hurdler stretch). This helps to counter act the negative impact of sitting in a chair and will keep you moving more freely and with less pain. Stream your series or do this to wind down from the day.
