Tai Chi walking is powerful because it combines balance training + leg strength + nervous system regulation - a combination many people don’t realize they need.

This is an excellent class for anyone looking to improve balance, strengthen the legs and de-stress. Great for older active aging population, people with injuries, back, knee and hip pain, people with chronic stress and anxiety, and for people with neurological conditions /Parkinson’s, MS, dysautonomia, vertigo/.

Remember your first Tai Chi class? Which Hand is Which stage? But then you kept coming back - and suddenly it clicked! I am glad you didn’t give up.

🦋 Here’s what nobody tells beginners:

Your first Tai Chi class could be intimidating. You’ve never moved this way, this slow, with awareness. You might be surprised it’s much harder than it looks like. But it’s OK!
Tai Chi benefits don’t start once you move right, they start once you show up.
Improved sleep, less stress, less pain, better balance - your body is already responding, even when your brain is still figuring out left from right. 😄

You don’t need to be good at Tai Chi to feel better. Let me help you to get from “Which Hand is Which” to “Oh, I Get It Now!”

Recent research continues to show that Tai Chi isn’t just relaxing - it can reduce pain in common chronic conditions like osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia and low back pain. Tai Chi has been shown to also improve pain thresholds and reduce central sensitization (the nervous system’s over-responsiveness to pain, so important with Fibromyalgia). Studies showing benefits usually involve regular practice over at least 8–12 weeks.
