Tai Chi walking is powerful because it combines balance training + leg strength + nervous system regulation - a combination many people don’t realize they need.
This is an excellent class for anyone looking to improve balance, strengthen the legs and de-stress. Great for older active aging population, people with injuries, back, knee and hip pain, people with chronic stress and anxiety, and for people with neurological conditions /Parkinson’s, MS, dysautonomia, vertigo/.
