Card of the Week: Reversed Queen of Pentacles

This week, you may experience tendencies based in selfishness. Keep in mind that while it is important to prioritize yourself and your well-being, there there a very fine line between prioritization and downright selfishness. Ensure that prioritizing your own needs is not limiting or taking away from another's resources.
Now is a good time to reflect on your priorities. Are the items at the top of your list the ones that truly belong there? Oftentimes, what we prioritize can make or break us. If you are finding yourself prioritizing the wrong things, take a moment to think about what changes you can make that will provide better benefits to your life.
This week may also be a good time to reflect on your role as a caregiver. This could be in terms of biological or adopted children, or this could be in reference to friendships or other family relationships. Have you been caring for or looking after someone who has the independence they need to care for themselves? Take this time to determine whether this person still needs your assistance, or if you are taking too much accountability for another person's actions.
For those in relationships or those who are in the midst of a budding relationship, take the time to ensure that neither you or your partner are entering or staying in the relationship for the wrong reasons. If you find that the motivation for seeking out this relationship is superficial, perhaps it is time to move on.
In terms of career, some of you may be receiving the evil eye from a colleague. Trust that you are protected from envy and hatred, but be aware of any individual who might be sending you that negative energy.
Now is also a good time to reflect on your spending habits and determine whether or not you've been mismanaging your funds.
Use this week as a time to set your priorities straight, stop self-sabotaging behaviors, and tune into your higher self.

Card of the Week: The Fool (reversed)

The Fool in reverse represents carelessness in our day to day actions. Many of us are going about our days on autopilot mode, not truly caring and putting our best into whatever it is we are doing. We have become so used to the mundane that many of us have lost our spark or our inspiration to go above and beyond.

I'm hearing that lots of this carelessness is related to current events in politics. There is a lot going on in our world, between the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine, racism, homipobia, and transphobia rearing its ugly head in several corners of the world, and the war against women and their reproductive rights. It's easy for us to say how sick we are of politics and turn out focus the other way, but it is this exact behavior that will lead us to our downfall. This week, find a way to be proactive regarding your political stance, or find a way to support someone who may be directly affected by the ongoing chaos in the world.

This week is not a good time to make major romantic or financial decisions. These decisions will only lead to regret later down the road. You might be currently feeling bored with your career or life in general this week, but it is important to refrain from doing anything spontaneous or out of the ordinary as it may lead to chaos or disaster.
