This lands for me, I bring him (them) with me! Making new memories and doing all the things they no longer can in loving memory of them, and for them🤍
I enjoy helping others find purpose and meaning, and to assist in self-discovery. Who we were before our loss changes us,what do we even like anymore?! And how do we take care of ourselves, even on our darkest days?! To learn to listen to our body, mind, and spirit…to take care of our vessel, that will carry us forward. In health and wellbeing, with peace in our hearts and minds, we can turn our pain into purpose!🦋
Losing someone I loved shattered the world I knew, and for a long time, survival felt like the only thing possible.
But slowly, in the stillness between the memories and the missing, I discovered that survival wasn't enough. Grief carved out a space in me, and instead of letting it stay hollow, I began to fill it, with meaning, with presence, with light, with love that continues in new forms.
I realized that honoring a life doesn’t end in mourning, it begins again in how we live, how we love, and how we carry forward the light they left behind.
In choosing to create, to grow, and to open myself to life again, I didn’t leave them behind. I brought them with me, into every brave moment, every act of kindness, every piece of beauty I now build from the sorrow.
This is not just survival. This is transformation.
