✔️ Have I moved my body with purpose?

Remember, progress doesn’t have to be perfect — it just has to be intentional. Whether your goal is to crush your lifts, stay consistent with your workouts, or simply make time for your mental health, now is the time to realign and finish the year strong.

👉 Keep it short, go intense. Opt for a 30–40 min high-intensity session. You’ll boost metabolism without draining weekend energy.
👉 Focus on full body movement. Compound exercises = maximum results. Think squats, push-ups, and deadlifts.
👉 Music = motivation! Create a Friday playlist that hypes you up. The right beats can push you through that last set.
👉 Reward yourself post-workout. Healthy smoothie? Cold shower? Whatever keeps you consistent — make it a ritual.
👉 Plan for next week! End your session by setting next week’s workout goals. Momentum is built on consistency.
