I just turned 38 but my mind and body says I’m lol your cells renew every 28days… therefore you become what you’re replacing those cells with and if you’re not active and eating poorly.. you’re killing yourself slowly. This is going to go over many people’s heads but humans were supposed to be immortal.. We aren’t supposed to experience death basically until we’re ready to transition on our own.. but then sin happened.. I mean that’s in the Bible.. but I won’t get biblical.. we die prematurely from heart attacks(food), crime/murder, stupidity, accidents.. not learning how to swim etc etc…disease from poor eating or genetics.. the body heals itself through food/herbs… there’s literally over 30 trillion cells that our bodies are composed of and it takes A LOT to cause death, our bodies fight so hard to keep us alive and all we do is attack it with garbage.. being obese, aging, and dying prematurely comes from stressful environments, excessive alcohol consumption, poor food choices, and just the mind itself.. believing that the closer you get to 100 people automatically think they’re closer to the grave. Your mind will believe whatever you u tell it to and regenerates whatever you’re feeding it. But you’re not supposed to really know this…

There’s no other fitness stage that compares to … the best of the best and nothing but positivity all around. I’m definitely hooked and can’t wait to grace the pro stage again at if the travel restrictions let up. If not then Atlantic City here I come! .bodies

I still look ok if I don’t smile or keep a mask on.. still missing a whole 🦷 and a half until I go back to the dentist to get the rest of my procedure done next week😢.. I still don’t know how I’m keeping my wits about me… can’t even lie.. I’m depressed AF and can barely eat or get out of bed but I’ll find the strength to get moving again soon💪🏽… life goes on right🤷🏽‍♀️ karma… I kinda believe I deserved everything that happened to me always being so down and suicidal most of my life that God finally made it a reality that I could’ve died violently bc I always willed it and hopes someone would kill me so I wouldn’t have to do it. I cherish my life now and understand I must keep fighting everyday against evil and negativity that try to take me out mentally, physically, & emotionally. The people who assaulted me were definitely white supremacists and they def have karma coming to them as well. I don’t believe they’ll get away with it. But now my guard is way up when I go out and I keep mace and a taser on me at all times. This world isn’t Disneyland like I used to think.

My last show of the year will be at the November 6th! This will be my first trip to London! Can’t wait to be on stage again and get a do over from Worlds bc I was so stressed out mentally, emotionally, and in so much pain physically and having to keep my mask on from being assaulted the week before… I still showed up like nothing happened and enjoyed myself on the stage just happy to be there and still living. I’m ready to live my life to the fullest after being so hard and down on myself for nearly most of my life. All I know is that God is love❤️
