Winter is still here and so are snow related injuries from falls, slips and shoveling. If you have a new injury, remember we can diagnosis, x-ray, treat with therapy to relieve swelling and bruising and show you appropriate recovery exercises.

Enjoy the snow while it lasts and get better faster at The Bend.

Yoga for Hunters at Sheep Show 2025 in Reno is in the books. What a privilege to share yoga and talk about hunting at the same time.

Always hunting, seeking, being aware in body and mind. We did yoga with the principals of scout, hunt, harvest. Metaphors in motion.

Anyone with a pen can join this group. We write for all kinds of reasons. Most write for the pleasure of writing, others are working on projects. Many are business women working on blogs, books, websites, classes, even social posts and journals. We write to prompts, discuss the craft of writing and we share in the process.

I love facilitating this group. Sometimes it's one person and often its a group of willing, curious and interesting writers. The stories and messy, off the cuff paragraphs, are fun to write but even more fun to hear. Not everything has to be brilliant. We learn to appreciate the process and how to cultivate ideas. We learn so much from each other. It's subtle. It's an experience as much as a "class."
