Refocus | Reframe | Rebuild
Where my attention has been and will be for awhile.
Social media is a part of this,
I love connecting but I also know that too much noise is not good for my soul.
The comparison.
The ick feel.
The mindless scrolling.
The overwhelm of information that leaves you feeling even more lost & confused.
But then, the light. ✨
Those posts that feel like they speak to you.
The thing you need to hear or see right at that moment that opens up your mind to what is possible for you.
The motivation to take that next step with tips on how.
The people you connect with, the relationships you can make.
👉🏼Here's what I'm doing to cultivate the environment I want on instagram.
It's just like real life, get rid of the toxic and surround yourself with the love.
Unfollow or hide people that make you feel ick, that you find yourself resenting, or saying negative things about..
Pick 1-2 people or pages in each realm of your interest, goals, hobbies that you are going to trust as your teacher/mentor and lean into them. My realms, endurance training, weightlifting, recipe, dogs, plants, hippie s**t, business growth, faith, mindset & personal growth.
Star your favorite people|pages so they pop up first on your feed so you know you'll be exposed to what you want.
It has helped me 10 fold. I hope this encourages you to find a way to use social as a tool to support what you want in your life, not a way to validate all the things you feel you lack.
