Thank you Harford County Public Library for supporting Broad Creek Manor.

Yesturday, we had such a fun afternoon with our friends from Silver Reader of the Harford County Public Library. Kelly Donelson brought a “Blind Date with a Book” activity just in time for Valentine’s Day, and it was a big hit with our residents.

The room was filled with smiles and laughter as residents enjoyed exploring new books and sharing memories and favorites with one another. It was a wonderful reminder of how much joy reading and connection can bring. We’re already looking forward to the next visit.

Happy Birthday Lois !!!!

Lois had one special birthday wish this year—a homemade strawberry shortcake—and we were happy to make it happen! Fresh strawberries, fluffy cake, and lots of smiles all around. Her family stopped by to celebrate with her, making the day even more meaningful.

It was a wonderful day filled with love, laughter, and a dessert made just the way Lois wanted it. Let’s wish her a very happy birthday!

Yesterday we celebrated Mary Fran’s birthday with a special treat made just the way she wanted — a homemade carrot cake baked with love

We also enjoyed a delicious homemade Italian dinner in her honor, making the day extra special. Mary Fran’s smile said it all, and we were honored to celebrate alongside her

We are so grateful for Franklin Missionary Baptist Church Darlington MD for sharing their joy with us each and every month.
