Hi! 👋🏼 Welcome back to all our old friends + nice to meet you to our newcomers 💕

I’m Katie, owner of and founder of the studio 🌼

For those who are new here or old besties who want to learn more, here are a few fun facts about me and the studio

🌼 I’m a NJ born mom of 4 boys, currently ages 4, 6, 8 and 11
🌼 I became a certified postpartum doula in 2023, a childbirth educator in 2024, and trained to be a birth doula in 2025
🌼 Life in Bloom opened for classes in January of 2025 and is blooming its way into year 2 ✌️
🌼 Our classes focus on building community and providing movement and education for new and expecting moms, but we also have opportunities for people of all life stages to enjoy
🌼 The movement classes include yoga, barre and dance
🌼 I’m a gemini and lifelong lover of learning - the studio is an outlet of my journey to seek and provide education for other women and moms
